About JMac Dynamics

JMac Dynamics is a revenue operations and growth automation consultancy founded by Jason McCleskey. We help businesses architect the systems behind sustainable growth, connecting CRM, marketing automation, and workflow tools into one dependable engine.

From CRM implementations like HubSpot and Zendesk to end-to-end contract and e-commerce workflows, we build the infrastructure that lets teams scale without the busywork. It’s also why we built JMac Hub, our own project management platform, to keep every engagement organized and transparent from kickoff to delivery.

Our Story

JMac Dynamics was recently founded by Jason McCleskey, a full-stack systems architect who spent years building the technical backbone behind other companies’ growth: connecting CRM platforms, automating marketing workflows, and untangling the handoffs between sales, operations, and delivery.

That experience became the blueprint for JMac Dynamics, a consultancy built specifically around revenue operations (RevOps), treating the systems behind growth as seriously as growth itself. Today, we help businesses architect that same infrastructure: connecting the right tools, automating the busywork, and building the operational foundation that lets teams scale without breaking.
